CANCELLATION POLICY

BEAUTIFICATION MED SPA APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY We value your time and reserve each appointment specifically for you. Because provider time, treatment rooms, equipment, and preparation are allocated in advance, a $75 booking deposit is required to reserve each appointment. BOOKING DEPOSIT The $75 deposit will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled treatment at checkout. The deposit is not an additional charge when the appointment is completed as scheduled. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully processed. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible to have the deposit transferred to a new appointment or refunded to the original payment method. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the $75 deposit. NO-SHOWS A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for a scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice. The $75 booking deposit will be forfeited for a missed appointment. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and allow sufficient time for parking, check-in, photographs, consultation, consent forms, or treatment preparation. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. When the appointment cannot be completed because of late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited. ILLNESS AND EMERGENCIES We understand that genuine illness and emergencies occur. Beautification Med Spa may, at its discretion, transfer or refund a deposit when circumstances reasonably justify an exception. Please contact us as soon as possible rather than waiting until after the appointment time. CANCELLATIONS BY BEAUTIFICATION MED SPA If Beautification Med Spa must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment or refunded to the original payment method at the client’s request. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS Clients with repeated late cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments may be required to prepay a larger portion of future services or may lose online-booking privileges. By scheduling an appointment online, by telephone, or in person, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Appointment Deposit, Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
